Franklin Park, IL.
The Talent Acquisition Manager reports directly to the HR Director. The Talent Acquisition Manager with at least 7 years of experience in the HR space. This role will start off as 50% recruiting; and 50% doing other HR activities including building an Intern Program, mentorship program and leading an HRIS implementation, diversity program or other HR functions. The recruiting focus will be focused on hiring 75% of their employees globally that fit into either the Sales/MFG/Management/IT roles. They want someone who can roll up their sleeves and source candidates to fill these roles. This person must also be able to adapt to changing priorities and jump into other HR functions. This person will also be responsible for managing 1 employee who is a full-time sourcer to start and grow this team. The employee is doing the sourcing and will need guidance and mentorship in that role.
The Position will sit onsite in the corporate location in Franklin Park, IL, but their will be flexibility to work from home 1 day per week.
