As accounting standards continue to evolve, so do the growing needs of our team. Currently, we are experiencing increased demand as companies scramble to comply to a major change recently announced in the U.S. accounting standards (GAAP).

  • As a fast-growing finance technology software company with huge ambitions we need to grow our sales development and marketing teams and the SDR roles will be key players within this group.
  • You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams around the world to systematically reach out to new prospects and drive new business opportunities.
  • Schedule and complete weekly activities which include cold calling, phone prospecting and outbound email campaigns.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and develop strategies to drive interest.
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
  • Work with appropriate sales executive to drive opportunities to the next stage.
  • Working with SalesForce to manage contacts and track performance.
  • Work with and benefit from a great team who want you to succeed and will provide strong training to ensure you get up to speed quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting through research, cold calling and emails.
  • Create, prioritize, qualify and generate interest with target account lists by market.
  • Research and develop new accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails, strategic appointment setting).
  • Work with SalesForce to manage contacts and opportunities.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with numerous teams (Sales Management, Marketing) to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging to drive new opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of Qualified Sales Leads.

Preferred Experience:

  • Recent graduates or those with 1- 2 years’ experience in a comparable position supporting the sales cycle
  • Cold-calling and email marketing experience
  • High energy, positive drive and competitive attitude to win
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
