Junior Application Support Consultant

What you'll do:

  • Responding to support requests from clients, partners, and consultants
  • Liaise with second and third line support teams based in the UK and Poland
  • Liaise with clients to ensure quality service is delivered
  • Capability to learn programming and configuration of the our proprietary software products
  • The role will comprise a 37.5 hour week with standard Monday – Friday 09:00-17:30 hours with the following exceptions:
    • Fortnightly, Monday morning 07:00 – 09:00 from home, then remaining 5.5 hours in the office.
    • Fortnightly, Friday 10:00 - 18:30 in the office.
    • Work from home to cover some public holidays.

What we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:

  • Educated to degree level or similar; business related degree preferable
  • Some programming experience
  • An understanding of relational databases
  • Proficient all-round computer skills
  • Problem solving and methodical
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively with competing demands
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written English
  • Resourceful and self-motivated
